A Soiree wedding is more than just a pretty tablescape. For us, to design a wedding or event is to design an entire experience, from environment, to flow, to how the lighting changes during the evening, to perfectly “timed” events. The "bespoke" in our name points to it all...custom, one-of-a-kind...not mass produced. Thoughtfully curated details are layered and personalized to you with your unique style in mind.
Our creative process is one that we’ve lovingly honed over 18 seasons and we can’t be more proud of it. Collaborating closely with you, paired with our experience and armed with the best of the best in the industry, we tell your story by making the highest version of your vision a reality- we design your experience from the ground up.
1. Getting Started: The Logistics
We start by asking lots of questions over coffee (or bubbly), and begin to get to know you, your style and your relationship together. We take a big picture view of your event and literally begin sketching out the ideas to blend with everything from entertainment to flowers to the bar placement, all the way to the late night snack your guests will nosh on (and how it will be presented) during the after party.

2. Designing the Details
We won’t be walking you through a warehouse of props and decorations, instead we’ll hand-select and source all the details that best represent your vision, much like interior design. In fact, we love to infuse a "residential" approach to our environment designs...after all when you think about your favorite and most memorable parties, didn't they feel intimate, comfortable, and inviting? We achieve this by layering everything- mixes of high + low concepts, soft seating, ambient lighting, and always infused with building upon experiences within the evening. Through sketches, photos, design meetings, and our comprehensive design boards, we’ll show you the moon for all aspects of your event from start to finish.

3. Flawless Execution
Consider us your one stop shop- after the design decisions have been made we put everything into production in-house so you can relax and truly enjoy the rest of your engagement and the party. Between highly detailed timelines, expert production schedules, and countless collaborative meetings, we become the "glue" between your individual vendor team...therefore supporting and allowing everyone to shine in their specialties and truly give your event 110%.
I'm lucky to be able to create for a living, and it's a true blessing to be surrounded by professionals, like Brandi and Soiree, that have an innate passion for what they do. I've photographed many of the incredible events that have come from Brandi bringing a vision to life, and have witnessed her unique approach to each client she works with.
